Step 2: Read the testimonials from other independent search firm owners who made the decision to join the SRA network. 100% of the existing firms who have joined the network comprise our reference list.
Step 3: Read our FAQ’s for answers to nearly every question ever asked by search firm owners who were in your current situation as they began to explore the possibility of joining our team. Learn about our leadership and operational team, review our press, and explore every relevant page of our site.
Step 4: Complete the Confidential Search Firm Overview Form to begin the exploration process; upon receiving your information, we will set up a phone call to determine mutual interest.
Step 5: If your firm is a candidate for induction into the Sanford Rose Associates network, we will invite you to our headquarters in Dallas to meet the leadership and operational team and determine if you are a fit for the SRA organization. Our day in Dallas will allow us to dive deeply into your current and future business model, plans for growth and expansion, and support needed from our SRA team. This strategy day will create the initial blueprint for first steps in the creation of the next generation of your search firm, and allow for integration of our team with yours.
