Sanford Rose Associates® was founded in 1959 with a deep commitment to “finding people who make a difference®” within our client organizations by finding individuals who perform, exceed expectations, and assist the organization achieve its strategic goals.  The demand for finding the best possible people in the shortest possible time has helped propel the executive search profession into a multi-billion dollar industry, and Sanford Rose has been one of the pioneers of this endeavor.

Over the course of the past 50+ years, the SRA Network has grown and expanded to over 60 offices worldwide.  With offices in North America and Asia, Owners are able to leverage the expansive reach of the totality of the Network.  However, SRA International, Inc has awarded a limited number of independently owned franchises each year.  This high level of exclusivity has ensured the brand and reputation of Sanford Rose Associates remain unparalleled in terms of professionalism, performance, and service that exceeds our clients’ expectations.
